FLOTILLA 86'S ANNUAL PICNIC: The picnic will be held on Wednesday, 26 August,2009 starting at 16oo hours  @ U.S.C.G. Tracen's picnic pavilion. Members friends, families, prospective members and significant others are cordially invited.

FIFTH NORTHERN DISTRICT  FALL CONFERENCE: Will be held Friday,11 September thru Sunday, 13 September,2009 @ the Holiday Inn,4th and Arch streets, Philadelphia, Pa. Training schedules and times have been sent to all members.

ELECTION OF FLOTILLA COMMANDER AND VICE COMMANDER: Will be held at the Flotilla's 28 October,2009 meeting. A nominating committee must be selected at the 23 September,2009 meeting. Members seeking election to either of these offices must submit a letter or email of intent to the committee chairman prior to the 28 October,2009 Flotilla meeting.

NOVEMBER NOTICES: Winter uniform regulations in effect Sunday,01November,2009. Annual membership dues for CY2010 are due this month. The "drop dead" date for dis-enrollment of members who are delinquent in their dues is 30 November.

FLOTILLA 08/06 CHANGE OF WATCH: Will convene Wednesday,09 December,2009 at The Grand Hotel, Cape May, NJ. Swearing-in of the Flotilla's Staff Officers will take place at this time. Mark your calendars and join your shipmates.

COMING EVENT: There will be an Appointed Staff Officers training on Saturday, 09 January,2010 at the U.S.C.G.Training Center Cape May. Detailed info too follow.
