On November 10, 1999 at approximately1500 hrs. United States Coast Guard Motor Lifeboats from Station Cape May, NJ met the much acclaimed U.S.S New Jersey at the mouth of the Delaware Bay.  Aboard as guests of USCG Station Cape May were Auxlilarists of Flotilla 86 Lower Township, NJ.
